Since the personal use assets have already been divided as matrimonial assets, these too can go to the estate.
The following accounts are NOT subject to probate fees: {{{Accounts not subject to Probate}}}
Answer:
After selecting your clients from the Client Search page, return to the home page, and change the drop-down menu option under Client Data Entry to Risk Management.
Click on the menu link taking you directly to Assets and Liabilities.

- The Subject to Probate box should be {{{Probate Check on Account 1}}}.
- Set the beneficiary to {{{Beneficiary for Account 1}}}
- Click Save
- Click on Edit beside {{{Male Account 2}}}
- The Subject to Probate box should be {{{Probate Check on Account 2}}}.
- Set the beneficiary to {{{Beneficiary on Account 2}}}.
- Click Save
- Click on Edit beside {{{Joint Account 3}}}
- The Subject to Probate box should be {{{Probate Check on Account 3}}}.
- Set the beneficiary to {{{Beneficiary on Account 3}}}

- Repeat steps {{{Repeat steps for Personal Use}}}: Personal Use Account
Note: Since you identified the personal use accounts as 50/50 ownership, the Web Advisor will only show the half of the account going to the beneficiary of the estate, the other half will stay with the surviving spouse.
